Our two new apartments in Volderau are a real eye-catcher and yet offer plenty of privacy for your vacation in the mountains. At 1,150m above sea level, you are a little closer to the sun and find the perfect start to your sports and active vacation in the mountains right outside our front door.

Our Patricia has planned and designed the Spruce Lodge from full passion. Together with Werner she has implemented everything herself. And you can see and feel this attention to detail!

Who says mountains, means the Stubaital! Because this is where the snow lives. Here is the summit happiness at home. Here the alpine meadow grass is greener.

Think about yourself for once, feel the healing spray on your face and listen to the silence! This is best done at the power places at the waterfalls near the Spruce Lodge - Mischbach waterfall in the neighborhood and the Grawa waterfall.
